Interested in financially supporting the mission of BIPA? Nonprofits like us rely on funding from supporters to carry out our goals and objectives. For BIPA, as a resident group, we advocate, educate, and communicate to full and part-time residents those issues that are facing our island, and we encourage you to be informed and stay engaged.
Our budget is modest compared to most, as our operating expenses are primarily for events (such as the Candidate Forum held on September 28, 2023) and for communications, including our website, newsletters, and occasional mailings and ads. Our operating expenses are comprised of professional fees for tax services. Community partnerships are critical to us, and we are actively working to partner with environmental groups, civic groups across the low country, and resident groups across the state in order to be better advocates for our community at the regional and state level.
We greatly appreciate any level of support. Every contribution, big or small, makes a significant difference and helps us continue our vital mission.
